Deze 5-daagse training is bedoeld voor ervaren IT professionals die momenteel beheerder zijn van lokaal geïnstalleerde infrastructuur. De training introduceert Microsoft Azure en leert de deelnemers om infrastructuur in Azure te beheren in plaats van lokaal.

Na afronding van de training kun je:

  • De onderdelen van de Azure architectuur beschrijven, waaronder de infrastructuur, tools en portalen;
  • Virtuele netwerken implementeren en beheren binnen Azure en verbinding maken met lokaal geïnstalleerde omgevingen;

Voor deelname aan deze training dien je naast professionele werkervaring over de volgende technische kennis te beschikken:

  • Kennis van lokaal geïnstalleerde virtualisatie technologieën, waaronder: virtuele machines, virtuele netwerken en virtuele schijven;
  • Kennis van netwerkconfiguratie, waaronder: TCP/IP, DNS, virtuele particuliere netwerken, firewalls, encryptie technologiën;
  • Kennis van websites, waaronder: websites maken, configureren, onderhouden en uitrollen op Internet Information Services (IIS);
  • Kennis van Active Directory concepten, waaronder: domeinen, forests, domein Controllers, replicatie, Kerberos en LDAP;
  • Kennis van database concepten waaronder: tabellen, queries, Stuctured Query Language (SQL) en database structuren;
  • Kennis van herstelvermogen en herstel, waaronder; back-up- en herstelwerkzaamheden.

Deelnemers kunnen aan bovenstaande vereisten voldoen door de volgende trainingen te hebben gevolgd of door gelijkwaardige kennis en ervaring bezitten:

In this module students will learn how to implement Azure Active directory, then to manage users within the directory. Module 11: Managing Active Directory in a Hybrid Environment

In this module, students look at three alternative approaches for integrating on-premises Active Directory with Microsoft Azure. These options are placing a domain controller into Azure, implementing directory synchronization with optional password synchronization or single sign-on using Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS). Finally, you will consider how to manage these types of hybrid environments.

The instructor will help you to propose an outline solution for each scenario, in which Azure services are used to solve project goals.
